This is the first time we have smoked with anything but Bradley bisquettes. The Jim Beam provide for a much more intense and wonderful smokey flavor. Although I wouldn't use them for everything it was great for our brisket.

These pucks in a bradley smoker are pretty great. I wouldn't use them the entire time you're smoking unless you have a digital one and can regulate the smoke, as they can get too smokey of a flavor, which i did't know existed until i got a bradley.

I love my Bradley Smoker, I used the Jim Beam Bisquetts to do some baby back ribs resulting in a smooth oakish flavor. I will use these again

I thought the idea of a compact smoking bisquette would be much easier than using hickory or mesquite chips for smoking. Turns out, there is even a warning on the package not to leave the disk on the coals for more than 20 minutes or it could 'adversely affect the fast of the meat you are smoking'. Can't afford a Bradley which automatically ejects the disk into a pan of water whether or not it completely used up, so I will continue to use the good old fashioned all natural chunks of wood.

The smoker pucks work in my smoker really well and I can use them to smoke meats with. They are great to use in a smoker as mine.

I have researched these briquettes and this is a great price for them. They sure make smoking a lot easier than using wood chips and having to constantly check on what you are cooking!

These are my favorite bisquetted by far! They are excellent while smoking a Boston Butt. These are well worth the money.
