Unlike a lot of other "book" lights, it's sufficiently bright to read without squinting.
The Beam N Read is especially nice if you do needlework, because you can shine the light exactly where it's needed & your hands are free to work on your project.
I was happy when I received this item - the first time I used it the rubber/ casing around the light bulb started to melt and the bulb fell out with 4 minutes.
For the price it's ok but the picture shows a clear lens cap when the one I got came with a red lens cap. Not sure yet if I will keep it.Published 19 days ago by Hummingbird
One of the three I purchased does not work. I changed batteries and it still doesn't work.
The other to work fine.
