I've read some reviews of this item and think it deserves a positive rating. If you use it to do "sit-ups" and a "seriuos" workout you're missing the point. I bought it because of back problems and the inablility to do a "sious" workout. I found that using it more like a rocking chair than an ab bench works best.

A good match for me as I have Fibro and exercise has to be slow paced. Had trouble getting missing ankle strap. Company e-mailed and called me numerous times to resolve issue.
Still don't have ankle strap. what a chore this has been.Can anyone mail me an ankle strap. Just the ankle strap !!!

The bean has stayed inflated for me. I don't use it often but do get decent workouts when I do. I like to add variety now and then. The quality seems good. No idea about the durability, yet.
