At half the price of the Apple/iPod branded version, they sure are an attractive alternative. The color, weave, and stitching look almost identical. The two major differences are 1) the absence of the Apple/iPod tag and 2) the size.

They are quite small(thin) out of the box but do stretch suitably. However they are a little shorter than the Apple version. One will hold an 80GB iPod Classic and just about exactly cover it up. However an iPhone sticks out by about 1/2".

I bought these for my 12 yr. old daughter who is forever paranoid about her cell phone and ipod getting scratched. She absolutely loves them. They are very stretchy and will fit most any cell phone or music device. I highly recommend them.

You can use this product for so many different things. I use it for my ipod, camera, and phone. It's protective and easy to use.

Well, I asked many people in their own reviews about these Beanie Caps/Sock, and I've to say that I'm fairly pleased with the product.

The socks come in the colors advertised, but not that colorful (a little more pale, but not a big deal).
The grey, blue and orange colors are the ones I use.. the green, pink and skyblue colors look more like girly colors in my opinion (it is only my opinion, no discrimination intended)

These socks ARE NOT for the iPhone or iTouch, the height is about 3 inches, so perhaps can fit a iPod classic. If you see the images uploaded by other people you would know what I mean (I'll try to upload some photos).

I use it for my Xperia X10 Mini Pro (90x52x17 mm/3.5x2x0.7 in) since I can't find good cases for that phone, but I also fits for my Creative Zen X-Fi. I think it would work great with the iPod nano (prior to the 6th generation).

I think they are of fair quality for the price, just like a sock. I wanted a stronger fabric, since I've been using them for 6 weeks and the sock kinda wears out just a little (not a very big deal) and it could protect the device some more from being dropped.

In my case, the 6 socks came in a single package, some people said that came in individual packages, so it must be according to the store that sell the socks (I bought mine in myGearStore)

I didn't give the socks 5 stars because I did expect a better fabric (something you can not feel using the Internet.. yet), but I think is a good product for the price, and saves you around $20 compared with the Apple iSocks that are painted with unicorn blood to charge you $25-$30.

Why pay $40 for glorified socks? Get these for around $10. It's not like this is a high technology item. They're little bags of cloth. And they are EXACTLY the same product as iSocks. I found these because I searched for "mp3 socks" instead of "ipod socks." The word iPod apparently adds 300% tax on whatever is being sold.

HTC Aria - For anyone looking for a sleeve/sock for their HTC Aria, this is it... It fits perfectly. These socks are of great quality and we absolutely love them. The price is also just right!!

I bought these for my LG Xenon cell phone as a way to put the phone in my pocket without having the annoyance of a bulky case (which also ruins the aesthetic of the phone). It fits absolutely perfectly and has worn well (durable) so far.

I read some reviews stating it wouldn't completely cover/fit iPod Touches or iPhones. I don't know if the company has made any changes since then but I tested these socks on the following products and I'm happy to report they all fit perfectly with just enough extra room:

iPod Touch (1st Gen)
iPod Nano (1st Gen)
Canon Powershot SD630 camera
LG Xenon GR500 cell phone

These were a great little find. After a trip to the Apple store [when I had to talk myself out of paying $29 for their product], I came home and searched for generic iPod Socks. Yay for me! I will say, however, that the seam along the side of the sock is a little thick and takes away from the smooth, snug look of it when it's on a device [using mine for my iPhone 3G]. The shopping was a little much, but even with the shipping, these were sill more inexpensive than Apple's product. They didn't come in a 6 pack, but rather 6 individually packaged socks in one shipping package.

These socks are cute and they will fit around ipod or ipod touch (girthwise). They are about 1cm too short to cover the whole ipod touch lengthwise, though. I have stretched it as much as possible and it still comes up short. Good for storing cell phones and smaller ipods such as the Nano.

Tried to use these for an iPhone and an old (2G?) iPod and they leave quite a bit of both devices uncovered. For the extra $10 go with Apple's branded version.
