Beanpod Candles are made from 100% stabilized natural soy wax. A paraffin free fragrant candle that's clean and healthy for the environment.

Safety Information
1. Burn candles within sight. Never leave unattended. 2. Keep out of reach of children and pets. 3. Never burn on or near anything that can catch fire. 4. Do not allow wick trimming, matches or any flammable materials to accumulate in candle. 5. Burn on a heat-resistant surface. 6. Avoid drafts and unstable surfaces. 7. The container will be hot when lit. 8. Keep the wick trimmed on a regular basis. 9. Before lighting candle, trim the "mushroom" deposits. 10. Do not move or re-light candle until the flame is out and wax is completely solid. 11. Do not use the lid to extinguish the candle. Simply blow out the flame and replace lid.

These tealights were the first Beanpod candles I bought, and as soon as they arrived, I got online and bought a few more scents. They are a little pricey for tealights, but I think they are worth it. They burn clean, for a long time, and the scents smell natural, not synthetic. I have been sampling the scents with the tealights and am purchasing votives of the scents I like. American Harvest is one of my favorites, but I also just received Harmony, which is my favorite. I do wish Beanpod put the scent descriptions on the Amazon pages, but you can easily go to the Beanpod website and read the descriptions. For Autumn Harvest, the description is "A spicy and aromatic blend that will evoke memories of an early fall morning when the air is cool and crisp with the scent of fallen leaves."

I discovered recently the advantages of soy candles over other candles and looked for a popular product on Amazon. I have to say that I really like the cinnamon-like scent that these candles have. It's not overwhelming,, but the smell does last for a while.

First off it would have been nice if there was a description of the scent. It just EXACTLY the same as their oatmeal cookies flavor with a tad more cinnamon spice to it and that does not have me thinking or feeling "American Harvest". It made my eyes water and my nose run tho I could barely smell it when sitting right next to it, except for some annoying super cinl spicey odor every so often. You would need to light about 15 of these to have your room smell like the scent, as opposed to 1 well known fragrance type candle that will last forever. Way overpriced too. I hope buyers will realize how easy and cheap it is to make soy candles (compared to beeswax etc.)and how cheap fragrances are. These people are making and arm and a leg off something that costs a pinky to make. I HATE the plastic holders, they are VERY hard to get back out of your salt rock tealite candle holders once burned, you have to get pliars ir scissors or a screwdriver and have a go at it and try not to get yourself hurt in the process....and I have 8 salt rock candle holders, and they all fit store bought tea lites of different brands without issue so hmmmm. All I can think of with the plastic holders is with the heat of the candle what kind of posions is the heated plastic putting into the air???, not to mention the FIRE HAZARD. I can say one thing, they burn about an hour to hour and 1/2 longer than generic store bought tea lights and they are a little thicker. I bought several of their 'flavors' and have only found one that I really like scent wise. Highly Dissapointed esp. by a mom n pop type store that should take pride in their scents and have time to make them properly.
