Did not get what I ordered,

For Christmas I ordered 2 Bear Archery Crusader Youth Bows for my kids. When it arrived, on the 23rd it did not come with anything except the bows. Luckily I purchased arrows from a local store. Clearly I could not, not give my kids thier present so they opened the bows and arrows and new nothing was different. Latter I tried to get the problem fixed, but since we opened and used the bows already they could not return them. Bottom line ordered the complete set, payed for it too, but only got 2 bows. The kids like them and have fun. Not for small kids or kids under 8.
