I purchased these boots online on Dec.4th. We received them in the mail around December 15th. My husband opened them on Dec. 25 just to discover that he couldn't get his foot into the narrow opening at the top of this very low boot. It was the right size and everything, I can only guess it was mis-manufactured. He even has a narrow foot. It is now Jan.3rd and I am attempting to return this item to Clausette,they have a 30 day from purchase to the return at the warehouse. Before you can send the item back, you are suppose to contact them but when you try to call them, the automated message says they are not taking messages and you must email them. The return information on the receipt says you must contact them before you can return your item. I am now out of luck, they haven't returned my email and I will have to fight with them via my credit card company to resolve this issue. Not to mention an 8% restocking fee they also want to tack on if they will even except my return. As I said in the title, Amazon should be ashamed to be affiliated with a company with such bad customer service.

These boots are super cute (cool if you are a guy) and fit great, true to size, and an excellent quality of suede. My only negative comment is that the sole of the boot is made out of questionable material. It is made out of a foam that is almost like a flip flop. I have not had any problems with it so far, but I worry if it will be the one factor that will render a great product unwearable. It also has little to no grip. These boots are much more of a fashion boot. I wish that the sole had been made out of a heavy duty rubber or something that would ensure a long lasting sole.

I'm a girl and I bought these instead of the mini uggs and they are great. I followed the men -> women size conversion chart and they fit fine. Warm and comfy!

I suspect that I've bought the warmest footwear ever. The weather on the east coast hasn't been bone chilling yet, but on the coldest day-the 20 degree mark-my feet were toasty warm. So far, I haven't needed the Smartwool socks I bought. These boots are soft and comfortable, but walking on the totally flat soles does take some getting used to. I'm sure I won't consider that a problem if a true winter-somewhere in the low teens-does come to the east. I wish they'd make them water repellant.

Most horrible online store in the world-ordered these boots two weeks ago and still havn't received them yet. Can never reach a representative, Always goes to an automated message. Don't buy from this company.

I wear a size 12.5 but since most shoemakers don't make a 12.5 I always order size 13. The 13 size in this shoe is much too small even for a size 12.5 foot. Other reviews of this shoe said it was true to size. That's false at least in the case of this particular shoe.
