These are very nice but snug. I bought my exact size afraid it might run big but it was the opposite they run about a 1/2 size small. These fit but are snug and squeeze my toes. Otherwise nicely made, color was true to the picture and very soft inside. Now to break them in so I can wear them a little better.

I bought two pairs of these boots, one for myself and one for my adult daughter. Our primary purpose is for warm 'house shoes/slippers' for a cold southern Australian winter. We do not routinely heat our houses during the day and it rarely snows in the City. These boots are perfect for our requirements. My only comment is a relative lack of flexibility in the sole but this is a minor consideration. Previous reviewers comments re size was most helpful and I bought one size up for each of us which was perfect. The boots are beautifully constructed and the sheepskin material is excellent quality. My daughter and I are totally happy with these boots.

This is a nice shearling slipper. However, they run short (as do the other brands I have tried) and they don't offer 1/2 sizes .... too bad - I really wanted to keep them.

Somewhat large is not really descriptive - they were too wide. Length was fine except for the dumb design of a wedge shape at the toes - the toebox gets narrower and narrower as you slip a foot in so by the time your foot is in, your toes get compressed vertically - anatomically NOT COMFORTABLE as most big toes are taller than the other toes! These are SO wide the foot just slips right out of them - if you have a wide foot and toes that are not too tall vertically - they would be perfect. All that said, these boots were comfortable if you are sitting down and not trying to walk in them - they are toasty warm and comfy if you're just sitting... I sold these to a friend whose feet made a better fit. Very disappointing so I'm still shopping for slippers!

I like these boots but I don't love them. I was looking for an alternative to a much loved, wearing out and no longer being made, pair of Merrell's fur lined boots which are very similar in looks except the sole is thicker and there is no fur flaps on the sides. Okay, that being said, the Bearpaw's are quite warm, which is a good thing in Maine in the winter, but harder to get on and off w/o a shoehorn. The sole is much thinner on the Bearpaw's so you don't have the cushiony feel that the Merrell's do plus there is no arch support, or variation to the footbed but a flat bed. The sole on the Bearpaw's also does not flex well when walking in them and the back of heel extension tends to scrape or drag sometimes on the floor. Sizing is also small, but then they are lined with a fleece, so that is to be somewhat expected. I wear a 9-9 1/2 so I ordered a 10 which fits fine on the right foot but a bit snug on the left - could be, not a problem with other shoes of mine, that my left foot could be a tiny bit longer due to arch dropping. Bottom line is that they are snug on both feet, no real footbed support, hard to get on even w/o socks and no flex in the soles so I can't give them a much higher rating than OK. I probably will wear them more as house shoes and on a limited basis because they are not all that comfortable rather than the full time all day shoe I was looking for.....off to search for something else.

Beautiful, and the evergreen color is perfect for my robe. However, this is not a quality product. Although the fit is great (true to size), both my feet slip forward when I stand, so my toes push against the material, leaving a gap in my heel; also, the sole is not cushioned. My first time buying Bearpaw, so now I know to avoid this brand.

In the past, I have used more expensive slippers that feel like walking on clouds...and they looked a lot like these! But I will n to continue paying more for a quality product...I will get what I really want and will last many years. It's the smart thing to do.

I was very disappointed with these boots. I bought them as a gift for our daughter who has other Bearpaw boots that she loves. They fit well, but they had a seam right across the foot bed of the toe which was very uncomfortable. We sent them back for exchange. When the next pair came, they were too tight, so they had to also be returned. We were very surprised by the lack of quality control and the variation in fit in the same size boot.

These slippers were a gift for my elderly mother. After originally ordering her usual size, they were returned for the next size and.. the fit was perfect. Mom was so amazed by the comfort and warmth these slippers provide. The ease of return and re-ordering was something never experienced with any other company. Thank you Amazon for another great product. (P.S. - the delivery time was amazing....within three days of placing the order!!)

The quality of these slippers is unbelievably for the price I would have paid triple the price to get this quality! The soles are made very durable and go from indoor to outdoor without much thought or concern. They keep my feet toasty warm and the comfort of the thick pile shearling is unsurpassed, the bear paw brand far surpasses any other brand out there and I couldn't find a better price for them than right here on amazon!
