As a hobbyist quilter I love quilting books! I love to flip through the pages for new ideas and inspirations. I purchased every book from this series and find them extremely helpful when creating quilts. In this book the quilters transform an ordinary traditional pattern into extraordinary pieces of art. From one page to another you will go "Wow, I didn't know THIS could be done with such a simple block!" The imagination of the winners and finalists is definitely wild! I loved every quilt in the book and the patterns are given for each one of them! If you want to go a bit beyond your favorite block, flip through the pages of this book and I have no doubt you will be filled with new ideas!
