First, the book format is small. Size 5 x 8 inches. There are only 41 pages of actual content. The other 25 pages are an appendix containing the FDCPA act.
Second, the content that is does contain, is severely limited in scope, detail and content. The author claims experience in the field and tells a few stories. I am dissapointed and will not resell my copy, as I see very little value in the book. |
