I enjoyed Ted's handy tool for women contemplating divorce. Unfortunately, it comes too late to be of benefit to me. However, I can personally verify it's effectiveness, as I had to learn this handy "how to" manual, on my own and with numerous mistakes. I am giving it to a couple dear friends and hope they will calm down and read it! Ted needs to write another manual, this time, "How To Get The Injured Parties Attention." This tool will only work if you read it and employ the suggestions!

One sure way to beat anyone at anything is to know their possible strategies ahead of time and find ways to counter them. Mr Knight has offered men that opportunity with his book. Rather than making me shake in my shoes, I found useful information which gave me a "heads up" to possible pitfalls and flaws in my plan. Thank you, Mr Knight.

A right-on primer for helping rejected women handle the mess of divorce. Loaded with positive examples of real women who met the challenge and came out with their sanity, self-respect, and pocketbooks intact. Mr. Knight makes a strong argument, and backs it up with case histories, that women can take charge of their situation by using proven life management techniques. A concise, easy-to-read, and purposeful guidebook.

To paraphrase Mr. Knight on page 39, of this book. I especially found it rather interesting, that in one particular situation, the future X to be, was crying "wolf!" Where finances were concerned. The wife, therefore, hired a "forensic accountant." As it turned out, the future X, had purchased a $400,000 home, with which he planned to live with his new 22 year old, wife to be! The wife, in this case, acquried considerable leverage by the court. Which made the cost of the forensic accountant, worthwhile! This book, is well written, and easy reading. You won't need a translator, to help you deceifer, it's meaning.

I had the wonderful opportunity of using the original draft of "Beat Him At His Own Divorce!" at an emotionally devastating time -- when I could not think clearly. This book is a "must". It is a complete manual of how to get through the divorce process emotionally, how to understand the legal system, and a mandatory tool for managing your lawyer. I could not have made it without this help.

Before you grab the yellow pages or talk to friends about divorce lawyers, this book prepares you for going thru the whole process of divorce. Before you begin dealing with lawyers, you need to determine where to begin, how to go about it, what you need in way of a gameplan, finding your marital assets and property, etc.. With all the turmoil, embarrassment, frustrations and agony of being sued for divorce, this book gives you a grip on what you need to make the best out of a less than ideal situation. Mr. Knight's book does all this and more.

while there are many books available on divorce there are few that are succinct enough and simple enough to get your attention when you have been thrust unsuspecting into the middle of a divorce. I have read the book many times in the 2 years since my x initiated our divorce and it has been supremely helpful in helping me atttain my dignity, humor, and resolve in living a life no less without my former. If nothing else it has given me a positive direction to go when no one else could or would. I have followed all the advice and will be living the life I choose thanks to the jump start I got from this book and all the people it helped lead me to. "A reader's review" says it all, if you need help this book is it!

Ted Knight's book is a war manual, and, as such, a deterrent to war. It should be required reading for men who are thinking about trashing their wives. Jesus of Nazareth once said (I paraphrase Luke 14:31): "If a warrior finds himself up against a stronger foe, then let him quickly sue for peace." Heed that advice, guys; a woman with this book in her hands will have your head on a platter!

American men should pay Ted Knight not to publish this book. It is "must reading" for abandoned wives. This practical guide provides the tools to even the odds and level the playing field for deserted wives.

Ted Knight hits the nail right on the head!!! Divorce can be difficult, but you can get through it and as the saying goes ...you might go through the fire but at least you won't come out smelling burnt!!! I re-read the book long after i first got it, and realized much if all is very true... Ladies!!! Hang in there and get your head on straight take what you read and use it to get you through your divorce ...Beat Him! You Can!! Addy
