“Dialing down the sugar content of your kids’ diets is very important but may seem daunting. BSAN for Kids fixes that. The book is loaded with guidance both sensible and sound, doled out one very manageable spoonful at a time. BSAN for Kids is where getting the health benefits of less sugar for your kids finally lands in the sweet spot!”

I bought this book to help my sisters make healthy changes in their children's diets. I couldn't be happier with my choice. I read the book and then passed it on to them, and they are also loving it. The book is well written with clear and careful explanations. My favorite sections are the "Parent Tips and Tricks," which are not only very helpful for making changes with how children eat, but they are also very practical and easy to incorporate. There is so much valuable information and it is presented in a way that is not overwhelming. The "Parent Pull-Out Sheets" are really useful and make the process of making dietary changes much easier. The authors clearly recognize that changing how a child eats is not always easy, so they offer many great tips on how to make it easier and to deal with the problems that may arise in the process. I definitely recommend this book!

Dr. Teitelbaum's book is so timely!

It seems like I have to battle every week with teachers and parents to educate them about how cookies, sweets, candies, etc are poisoning our children at school. I'm sending a copy of this book to my 4 year old's teachers, and the school principal too.

Thank you for writing a book on how feeding our children sugar laded foods, drinks, and snacks is allowing diseases to proliferate, and how to get kids that are hooked on sugar off in 5 steps.
