4.0 out of 5 stars A must for the Beatlemaniac....only
As a life long Beatle fan, I was anxious to see this DVD. It is very informative although I had basically heard it all before. Yet, when you see the actual places where it all happened with people who were there, it becomes a lot more meaningful. The only issue is, this production could have been better planned out and executed. The production is rather amateurish. The...

3.0 out of 5 stars The first half is a bit of drag
My dad rented this for me because I'm a huge Beatle fan. Seeing how casual fans disliked it for having to much info, I thought I might learn something from it. Well the first half is a photographer talking about how he just happened to have a camera on the day he met the Beatles and how he went around London taking pictures of them. The second half looked like it was...

The sites would have been much more exciting had they secured the right to enter them and film. Perhaps it was impossible to do so, but I would think it could have been arranged had more time and effort been put into this. Will I use this as a reference for my own Beatle tour of London? Absolutely, but I will certainly take Richard Porters tour first!

If your not a huge Beatle fan, this is probably not for you. So please do not complain about the film should you decide to buy/rent it if you are not in this category. It is simply a Beatle documentary for the true Beatle fan- which I am! A give it 4 stars only because I believe it could have been thought out more and executed better, but still it was a lot of fun watching!!!!

Well the first half is a photographer talking about how he just happened to have a camera on the day he met the Beatles and how he went around London taking pictures of them. The second half looked like it was going to show me the places where the Fab Four played, but still mainly an old man talking about his experiences. I think that it could have been better if they talked more about the Beatles' experiences than 2 guys that I've never heard of.
