The good - Impressive bass!
The bad - everything else!
If you like boom cars, this is the cats meow.
The bass is tight, but very excessive and drowns out the midrange which sounds very flat. The problem is that if you want to hear the midrange, the phones have to be so loud that the bass will cause hearing loss after a short time.
These are not audiophile quality, but I'm sure that bass freaks will fall in love with these cans.
I'm not the final word on what constitutes good sound, to each their own. If you love bass at the expense of everything else, you'll love these.
From my perspective, 90% of most music occurs in the midrange and bass and extended highs are the icing on the cake. In this case, think of a cup cake (midrange) with 2 pounds of frosting (bass).

I have an iphone4 that I lug my favorite music around with. At work I like to keep earphones in to have some sound and keep out the office noises. The iphone earphones are not that great, but I love the fact that you can answer calls with them in.
After seeing these on sale, I decided to pick them up after learning that they were foldable for travel, had a case, and could answer calls on the iphone just like the official apple ear buds. I've been very happy with my purchase.
I've heard details in my favorite tracks that I didn't even know existed. Most all tracks (except very heavy bass tracks) sound crisp and clean. On my flight home after buying these, my music on low volume sounded like I was in an isolation tank, the sounds of fellow passengers and rustling jackets completely unknown to me.
They come with a great hardshell case, two different cords, an airline jack and larger jack (I'm guessing for home stereos), and a cleaning case. They fit comfy on my head all day with some slight adjustment now and then, are light, look nice, and sound great.
They do leak a bit of sound, but I've found that I can keep them at a volume level where they don't leak much yet I can hear nothing but my music.
I would recommend them to any office drone seeking the same.

Let's be honest - I got it for the looks, and the replaceable cord. It looks really, really good. But if you've tried out various headsets before, you'll know that you can get much better sound out of a set of open cans without the noise cancellation (see the ATH-ESW9s by Audio Technica -- the sound is far more rich, and you can still hear all the subtleties). We're paying for brand recognition here.
Don't get me wrong -- the sound is still decent, but it feels dead without an equalizer. If you're going to use your headphones mainly at home, don't get these. If you're out and about and want to be seen with stylish headphones, then get these.
