As an avid lyricist and huge Large Pro fan i was looking forward to this although admittedly i would've preferred a new album from the man himself. Either way this is strong from start to finish. I think this is a brilliant insight to Large Pro's way of producing where you get to hear all the wonderful samples he uses and his vast array of ear splitting beats. With 18 tracks on display, there is something for every hiphop fan. There's the heavy head nodders like "Pun Tres Leches", "Heyyyy Mannnn!", "Flushing Queens Day", "7 Train P", "Secret Agent" and "Good Guy Bad Guy". Then you have the jazzy "Open", "Tribe Called Quest", "Out All Night", "Still Hangin' Out", "Beginning" and "After School". You also have afew funky club tracks like "The Skip d Dip" and "Wit the Disco Strut". The remaining 4 tracks arent that bad they just arent at the level that these other joints are. I can only imagine (unfortunately) how much tighter this wouldve been with Large Pro rhyming over these 14 beats as aproper studio album......WOW!!! Well worth getting, especially if you can cop it cheaply.

Does anyone know what large pro samples for the out all night song it is a classic soul song from the early 70s, it goes i been out all night had to much to drink let me think i use to hear it on the radio when i was a kid anyone rememebr
