camber is one of my favorite bands this cd is amazing you can really feel the emotion in "hollowed out" and "beautiful charade"
the first time i heard this cd i liked it because they sounded like SDRE but now i love it because i know they are great musicians...
i reccommend this cd to anyone who likes sunny day real estate,sparta,or any (i hate say this word)emo rock bands.check out, ANY WAY I'VE BEEN THERE, CAMBER'S SECOND CD, it rocks too
in general "BEAUTIFUL CHARADE" is worth the money.

This is the first Camber release and I would have to recommend it as their best offering. You can really feel the emotion of the singers voice, and the texture of the guitar work is wonderful. Intelligent lyrics and raw emotion. Just listen to a standout song like "beautiful charade" and you will understand what this band is about. If you are a fan of bands like Texas is the Reason or Sunny Day Real Estate, you will probably get into this.

THIS ALBUM IS BY FAR THE BEST EFFORT FROM CAMBER....SO MUCH SOUL IN THIS ONE..MY LOINS TREMBLE WITH THE MERE THOUGHT OF DRUMMER CHRIS CHIN'S PERCUSSION....SUCH FURY IN THOSE STICKS .....SERIOUSLY, ILL ALBUM....IF YOU LIKE STD, DASHBOARD, OR MUSIC IN GENERAL, THEN BUY THIS ALBUM. !!!!!OLD SCHOOL CAMBER FANS GET EXCITED!!!!!! RUMOR HAS IT THAT CHIN IS CONTEMPLATING A SOLO WORLD TOUR IN FEBRUARY. BELOW IS THE TENTATIVE TOUR SCHEDULE:
