4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good sophomore album May 17, 2005
Format:Audio CD
Here I am writing a review on the day of it's release. It's been about 4 years since Breaking Point's debut CD, Coming of Age, and what a wait it's been. This CD is definately better than their debut and it shows both in maturity and quality of the songs. Lead vocalist, Brett Erickson, shines in these songs and at times, like in Had Enough Of You, he sounds like the lead singer of Three Days Grace. Their opening track which so happens to also be the first single, Show Me A Sign, they set the tone for the album. The lyrics clearly have passion and meaning behind them. And in case any owners are wondering there's a word or two edited out because for some reason Wind-Up is against all bad words. Sometimes it just ruins the flow but in Breaking Point's case, they don't use those words often at all.

There's no real ballads in this rock CD and for that I'm kind of glad. It's just straight up rock. I don't know where this band is going but I hope they continue to build on what they have. If your a Breaking Point fan this is a must and if not you should at least check them out at their website at [...]

My personal favorites are:

Had Enough Of You, Nothing Left At All, Don't Let Go, and All Messed Up

There's nothing I skip over either, so you're getting 11 songs in the decent to great range.

4.0 out of 5 stars A great album! July 1, 2005
By Gwyneth
Format:Audio CD
Breaking Point is one of those bands that you never really hear much about, even though they are extremely talented. Beautiful Disorder far exceedes the previous album by miles. If one can listen to an entire album without skipping a single song, then it deserves some credit! I give it 4.5 stars.

Show Me A Sign- Great beginning riff, great lyrics! The first single is one of the best songs on the album! 4.6

Don't Let Go- Cathcy beat and lyrics! 4.5

All Messed Up- A slow, sweet, rock song. You can actually listen to this without wanting to skip it! 4.4

Promise Keeper- I don't know what it is about this song, but it's not the best on their album. 4.2

Goodbye To You- Another slow song that you won't want to skip! 4.4

How Does It Feel- Starts out calm then bulids up to a louder chourus. Great lyrics! 4.5

Had Enough Of You- Another wonderful song! Seems a bit slow in the beginning, but a great rock chorus and beat. My favorite on the cd! 4.7

Never Walk Away- Another catchy beat and chorus! 4.5

Nothing Left At All- This one I usually skip. It's another slow song, but it doesn't hold my interest. 4.0

Reality Show- One of the best on the album. Fairly fast, wonderful lyrics. 4.5

Killing With Kindness- Another good song. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. 4.4

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing May 29, 2005
Format:Audio CD
Big question was what to expect after the excellent album "Coming of age"?

The answer is; "More, better, melodic and never boring".

The band is growing and the album is very strong.

If you liked their previous album, buy this one too.

5.0 out of 5 stars OH MAN June 26, 2005
Format:Audio CD
I'll start by saying Coming Of Age was a good cd. It had a few aboslutely incredible songs and the rest were..ehhhhh, decent. So I bought this hoping that there would be another few great breaking point songs to carry me over with..instead I got one of the greatest rock cd's I've bought in ages. With everyone goin on about the new Mudvayne and Foo Fighters this cd will sadly be overlooked, which is disappointing cause it's better than either of the new releases by those more popular bands. Show Me A Sign, Promise Keeper, Killing With Kindness..awesome hard rock tracks, they fill the void of what was missing in their earlier release with an all-new, more improved sound. Even the slower songs are incredible. This band has talent and until they get some recognition I'm going to stick to my idea that people don't generally know good music even if it kicks them in the @ss.

5.0 out of 5 stars (They are) Coming of Age October 14, 2005
Format:Audio CD
This disorder is truly beautiful... One of the greatest CD's released in 2005! Ihad never heard of BP when I picked them up some time back this year and I was taken by the sound. In fact I was taken as far to say that I searched Amazon for this band to see if they had any other previous releases and to my appeasement they did. I ordered it and they sounded as great in '01 as they do in '05. Now when I bought these CD's they had absolutely no airplay (why was beyond me), their sound was similar to that which dominates radio and they are signed to a great rock label. However, they have garnered enough attention that the station program directors can no longer deny them a spot. What makes them so special is they have mastered a sound that their successors have stolen without giving proper credit... the incorporating of nü-metal with a twist of emo. If you like Crossfade, Acceptance, Hawthorne Heights or the likes of bands like them, you'll love this CD. No you'll love this band. Buy their CD and testify how accurate I am in my testimony.
