Awesome!,

This is sincerely one of a whole series of good albums I have bought this year. The band manages to blend soft, worshipping, praiseful songs with hard rock beats and heavy metal sounds (similar to Skillet, another great artist) into an awesome CD! This is really a CD I can share with my non-Christian friends without worrying about what they'll think of the words and lyrics.

An excellent sequel,

I found this CD to be just as good as my first RRWC purchase, "Welcome to the Rock 'N' Roll Worship Circus." This album has the same pleasing mix of sounds and styles, from upbeat ("Beautiful Glow") to devotional ("Blessed Tune") to awe-inspiring ("Scary Drifter"). The ultra-hard track "New Wave Revolution" is a little bit off the beaten path for this collection (probably way off for most contemporary Christian music fans), but its lyrics still carry an appreciable message. "Great Big Love" even reminds me of the Beatles.I think this album has a little more sophistication than the previous -- exemplified by "Loveliest Bride." All in all, fans of Christian rock won't go wrong with this great CD from a group that broke the Christian music mold.

Very strong follow-up album,

I really liked the first album by this band and was eager to see how the follow-up album would sound. This album does not disappoint. The band brings its rather unique approach to Christian worship to the next level. Once again, the wide variety of songs helps make this album an enjoyable experience. It opens with an impressive upbeat song "A Beautiful Glow" and continues with many other styles such as the slower "Blessed Tune", the Lou Reed sounding "Gift of Cool", to the stripped down sound of "All I Can Do". I must say that their are a few songs that don't quite work for me, but I am impressed that the band is willing to experiment with their sound, and usually pull it off well. The last thing to mention about this album is the lyrics. Simply put, they are more God focused and inspired than the previous album. It is nice to see the band's faith coming through more clearly. I highly recommend this album to anyone who enjoyed their last one. Also, if you are looking for something new from a modern worship band, or think that all Christian music is for whimps, this is a great starting point.

I bought this album because of the song #4 Gift of Cool. Everytime I hear this song it chokes me up because it talks of a young lost generation experiencing revival. "We had goths, punks, and techno ravers... and they were all getting saved."I enjoy #'s 3 and 8 because they are straight up worship songs!! I have had a wonderful time in worship with God listening to these songs. I want to make a shameless plug for a wbste and a book that are awesome... relevantmagazine and Red moon rising :24-7 Prayer and the Coming Spiritual Awakening

"Beautiful Glow" shines!,

Okay, so maybe this album is different than their first, but if it wasn?t, where would the proof of growth be? ?Beautiful Glow? is a little faster-paced than ?Welcome to,? but still demonstrates a passionate and personal relationship with the Creator and His love for us.Nextly, I think this album is actually an incredible step from ?Welcome to,? as far as musicianship goes. There are so many obvious influences to be heard throughout this album (the Beatles-ey impression provided by the ?E? in ?Morning Glory? is UNdeniable). Also, I am an avid fan of Gabe?s pre-Circus music, and there is some presence of his mid-nineties sound in ?Lovliest Bride.? Last-ish I would also like to say that if you dislike anything about this album, i.e. rhythm, solos, vocals, or composition, I would have to say that you are hopelessly white and have no sense of style or rhythm whatsoever. Ahem. Thank you, that is all.

Powerful Praise and Worship,

This cd is a powerful mixture of joyful praise, awesome wonder, and worship with sound. The Rock 'N' Roll Worship Circus has a sound unique to them with different inflences heard on every song. The music is terrific and the lyrics straightforward. I highly recommend this cd and have given it as gifts since its release. If you are looking for something different, this is it! They are definitely a band to watch!

Beutiful Glow,

This album just came out this year, and I was able to listen to it at the Christian store. I would recommend you hear the samples before buying. For some ironic reason, this album doesn't fit together. The beat and the harmony of the songs, just click with the other songs. I don't know how you can describe this music. It has some hard beats, but the beats don't have a good flow with the songs. The first album was awsome, and I recommend you get that one, but be cautious with this one.
