This is a wonderful devotional. It has touched my heart in so many ways. I have tried to stay with 1 devotional per day, but I find myself peaking ahead, because I simply can't wait. Gwen is definitly a talented writer and has an awesome way of making you feel what she's writing. I have purchased 4 more for friends that I know will equally enjoy it.

I loved the way Faulkenberry linked real life experiences to an attainable spiritual life that we all are looking for. She supplements her thoughts with beautiful scripture references as well. and cozy up with this book for your morning quiet time. Faulkenberry astutely remarks that often Christian beauty is defined in such a way as to be about as attainable as a size 3 body. Then she proceeds to demystify the path to true beauty in life. Will pick you up better than the caffeine in your java.
