I bought this 3 weeks ago -and what can I say IT WORKS!!The basic premise is that women are so obsessed about their looks and feelings that you just need to tap into this using the RIGHT techniques.
The most revealing part for me was the 50 or so interviews with women ALL of which followed the same theme -compliment a woman on either her looks or her clothes and your halfway there.ie tell any woman she has beautiful eyes and thy will never forget you.Your looks come on a fairly low rating so dont feel you have to look like Brad Pitt for this to work.
The first time I tried it I thought this is soooo corny and yet it was amazing to see this womans face light up like a xmas tree !!I ended the night back at her place-case proven!.
There is a lot more to the book as well- my only gripe is that some of the lines are slightly old fashioned-but I just changed those any way.
To sum up if you want to learn how to quickly pick ANY woman up get this book now.

This is the best book I have read on the subject. It helps you discover the psychology of women, particularly beautiful women. Thanks to this book, I am now dating a gorgeous red-headed actress, by far the best looking woman I've gone out with.

While the information in this book may at first not seem that profound, it will give you the clarity and the confidence to get the woman you want. Meeting and dating beautiful women is not very hard once you know what they are really looking for, but we, as men, make it way too difficult and complicated. We are often intimidated by a beautiful women's looks and so are afraid to approach her. When we do muster up the confidence, we often come across as cocky and self-absorbed because we feel we have to impress a woman with our accomplishments, because we are not good-looking enough to deserve a really beautiful woman. What we fail to understand is that looks are not as important to women as they are to men. Eagan gives us a glimpse into this truth and maps out an effective strategy for succeeding with women. His method is not the only way to approach and "pick up" a beautiful woman, but it does work, and it will improve your skills if you try it out.

Some of the language he uses may seem a bit arcane, such as "can we spend some time more agreeably together", and you may feel weird trying it out since he suggests using it word for word. My advice is to not be afraid to modify the language to something you're more comfortable with. Most important, understand that it is the sincerity behind your compliments and "lines" to a woman (and everything you say for that matter) that makes all the difference. All women are secretly longing for a nice, honest, well-mannered guy who listens to them, shares what he is feeling, and treats them with respect, to completely sweep them off their feet. If you master this skill, you can have ANY woman you want. Eagan provides some brilliant advice toward this end.

I was a bit skeptical of this book. I am writing this review and giving it 5 stars only because John Eagan's techniques did work for me, when done properly.

I recommend reading this book, even if not for picking up girls, but just for the entertainment. Everyone already possesses these techniques to some extent, but what makes this book rather successful is the much needed confidence it gives to its readers. However, there are a few things I advise fellow readers of this book:

1. Feel free to slightly modify some of the 10 'approach' lines. Some of them are rather long and corny, especially when the first couple of seconds of impression you give the lady are of great importance. John Eagan stresses that you mean what you say and you're confident while doing it (it's how you say it, not what you say).

2. This book deals with fast-paced approaches of meeting a girl. After the two of you are at good comfort level with the girl, let progress flow naturally. Remember, this book is about 'meeting' girls, not what to do after. If you're after a relationship rather than a one night stand, just remember that most of successful relationships are ones that started off as friendships.

3. Ignore the sentences where he says: "After you read this book, you will be more confident than ever". This is said throughtout the book (including the end), so don't get too excited.

4. Try to get the main idea in this book. I classify them as the 3 C's: be Calm, Cool (smile, have some fun), and most importantly, Confident.

Overall, this is a good and entertaining book, and will most likely give you the confidence to approach women. However it is only a book on how to meet girls in the first place. It does not go over what to do after the initial meeting and phone call, and there is no book that will cover that other than to tell you to 'be yourself'.
