THIS IS SUCH A GOOD CD--HAD IT ON TAPE & HAD TO GET IT ON CD. ARE YOU A GERSHWIN FAN? RHAPSODY IN BLUE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES. LOVE ALL THE PIECES IN THIS CD.

Do yourself the favor of listening to this music with good earphones because it is simply amazing. I often cried in ecstatic appreciation as I first listened to these incredible performances of American music by some of the finest musicians in Europe. Rhapsody in Blue, for piano & orchestra (orchestrated by Ferde Grofé)and played by world famous Hungarian pianist Jeno Jando, is subtle and brilliant. George Gershwin, a master pianist himself, would have been impressed.
