This sauna is very portable and easy to set up. The Shell takes about 2 minutes to set up. The boiler starts at about 15 minutes to boil fully.
After you are done, you can dry it with a towel and store it in a corner.
The heat that it generates can be from mild to very intensively hot, this
can be adjusted to your liking. I am very pleased with this sauna.

I recently purchased this item and I love it! I can hardly wait to use it in the winter when I come in from shovelling snow in -30 weather. Reasonably priced and very user friendly, takes about a minute to set up. I am 5'7" and fit comfortably. If you are any taller the stand-up model might be better. The heat that is generated is perfect and the sauna does not take up alot of space. Also, One Mind One Body is an awesome company, they respond quickly to questions, shipping rate is exceptional and I received the item within a week! Can't say enough good things about the product or the seller!

I got it overseas 5 months ago. It works great, just turn it on and you can use it after 15 to 20 minutes with great steam. Easy to use, to fold and to keep. I use it at least twice a week, zipper areas started ripping a little after 5 months of use.

The expense and time-consuming aspects of going to a standard steam room made me decide this product would be worth a try, and I'm glad I did.

The chair is not great; I think it's very low so that a taller person could sit inside the tent and not have their head too far out of the top, but I'm short, and the front legs of a regular folding chair fit around the wooden platform that disperses the steam inside the tent.

I'm not sure what function the head unit is supposed to serve; it's too open to capture useful steam, and I can't think of another reason to use it, so I don't.

I had to stuff pieces of aluminum foil into some of the slats in the wooden platform that disperses the steam, but once I figured that out I got the steam to come into the tent without uncomfortable hot spots.

Setup is a snap. Clean up takes time, though, because even once you towel off the insides of the tent, it seems to stay damp for at least a few hours, and I don't want to put it away damp.

Overall, I do recommend this for those who need/want steam and, like me, don't want to pay for it each time or keep leaving the house to get it. I use this product 2-3 times a week.

can't compare it to anything else.

But it does the job

The chair it comes with sucks ass though :)
I use something else to sit on.

unit works as said------but-----the chair is good for babies to sit in and watch tv.got my own chair. ask me in 6 mhts as to quality and durability.

I finally did it, got a home portable sauna. I Love it.

I also got the infra red portable unit (reconditioned). Next the shake machine!!

This mid 50s body loves the attention its been needing. Between the infra heat to help with inflammation and muscle joint soreness and to be able to sweat out toxins, I can't say enough.
