I have been looking for a good Conditioner without harsh chemicals. The Skindeep data base rates this conditioner a 2 (low hazard). I previously used Burt's Bees but this product is far superior it smells wonderful and is very moisturizing on my dry hair.

I really like this product, except for the smell. It doesn't have harsh chemicals and it softens your hair like no one's business. The smell for me is the only draw-back. Out of all the BWC products the best smelling is the volume and everyday shampoo and conditioners. However, the perks heavily outway the smell, and after rinsing you can't smell it. I recommend for dry, damaged, colored and naturally curly hair, as well as households with children, who do not want to use products with SLS or phthalates. As the product states it is Beauty without cruelty.

I started using the line of moisturizing hair products from BWC about a year ago after a friend recommended them (the shampoo, conditioner and leave-in conditioner) about a month ago, and ended up throwing almost everything else away! (However, I kept and do add a drop or two of FrizzEase after the leave-in conditioner to control the frizzies.) I have been using expensive salon as well as drugstore products before. My hair is wavy, long, dry and thick and I honestly don't think it's ever looked and felt this soft, shiny and healthy. I even notice a lot fewer split ends. The conditioner has an unpleasant urea smell, but that goes away when the hair dries, so don't let it scare you off from trying it. I use a much smaller amount of this stuff than I have with my other products, and all BWC products are reasonable. Love the fact that it's organic and cruelty free, and that my hair gets complimented on every day!
