4.0 out of 5 stars This CD is really worth the money!!!
I really liked this CD mostly because I love Beavis and Butthead but also because it has lots of funny moments. It's almost like watching part of an episode for every song. My two favorite songs are "Come to Butthead" [a song that is based on Buthhead's saying (this song is very funny)], and "I got you babe" where Beavis and Butthead sing the famous...

3.0 out of 5 stars 1/3 musically worth it
Lacking much of an underlying subversive wit which buoyed the show, this collection of metal, rock, alternative, and hip hop tracks amongst the duo's track-by-track commentaries is still a pretty fun homage to the old pair via a sort of soundtrack. As far as the music is concerned, much feels moot by now, including some of the sketch segments where the dated humor feels...

I really liked this CD mostly because I love Beavis and Butthead but also because it has lots of funny moments. It's almost like watching part of an episode for every song. My two favorite songs are "Come to Butthead" [a song that is based on Buthhead's saying (this song is very funny)], and "I got you babe" where Beavis and Butthead sing the famous song along with Cher. Butthead sings and when I first listened to the CD, my jaw hurt from laughing so much. I hope evrybody who likes Beavis and Butthead even just a little bit, to get this CD. It is great!!!!!!! END

4.0 out of 5 stars "It's like, cool n' stuff"., November 3, 2003

I don't know why this is so dirt cheap, it's twice as good as their movie soundtrack. It's pretty much the mix of bands you would expect. The better tracks are from "Nirvana", "Megadeth", "Aerosmith", "Primus" and the "Red Hot Chili Peppers" covering a "Stooges" song. But the best track is Butt-heads "Come To Butt-head". It's him talking over a slow 70's groove, and is really funny. There's also B & B chit-chat between most songs, some of it goes on forever, but most is humerous. At this price it's worth getting. It'll go great with your "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" and "Wayne's World" soundtracks.

I love this for the simple fact that when I discovered it back around when it was released, it introduced me to such music as White Zombie, Megadeth and Anthrax.

I love the tunes on this album. Get the free audacity software to remove the Beavis and Butthead dialogue.

Beavis and Butt-Head changed my life. They taught me that it is o.k. to be completely stupid. I found this at the store for 5 friggin dollars and it is totally worth more than that. The songs are awesome, but the B&B segments are painfully funny. If you come across this, BUY IT!!! STUPIDITY RULES!!!!

Most of the stuff on this album is very mediocre, but the one reason should buy this is the following:

'I Hate Myself And Want To Die' is THE best rare Nirvana track EVER!!!! And the best track on this little compilation. A treat for all the hardcore Nirvana fans.

BUY IT!!!

LONG LIVE NIRVANA!!

R.I.P. KURT!!

As far as the music is concerned, much feels moot by now, including some of the sketch segments where the dated humor feels most apparent, but there are enough highlights to have turned heads upon release and still a few tracks that bear revisiting and enough audio time for B&B to satisfy fans.

5.0 out of 5 stars BEAVIS AND BUTTHEAD CAN STILL PISS OFF MOM!, October 3, 2005
THIS IS A ROCK MASTERPEICE! HEh heh heh heh huh huh. SERIOUS! You can't get this new anymore? What gives? A bunch of great songs are only available on this CD.
Plus its got BEAVIS AND BUTTHEAD on it! Why they ever left TV is beyond me. I used to love watching videos with them on Mtv. I think pop culture lived a little in the nineties due to these guys, it's dead again. But we shall remember it HERE with this rockpacked collection of ROCK!
NIRVANA hate myself and want to die, very awesome.
ANTHRAX doing Beastie Boys Looking down the barrel of a gun (rips)
CHER and BEAVIS AND BUTTHEAD sing I GOT YOU BABE
AEROSMITH does DEUCES ARE WILD, a very cool outake from their PUMP album. Now don't forget MEGADETH, CHILI PEPPERS, WHITE ZOMBIE (before he was just Rob Zombie) and stuff you may not recognize like JACKYL and if you are younger than 17 you may never heard of RUN DMC.
I bought this thing when I was 10 years old and pissed my mom off immensly, you can find this used. DO THE SAME!

3. Beavis and Butt-head- Come to Butt-head 5/5 (FUNNY!)

7. White Zombie- I am Hell 4/5
8. Primus- Poetry and Prose 4/5 (Funny)
9. Red Hot Chili Peppers- Search and Destroy 4/5
10.Sir Mix-Alot- Monsta Mack 5/5
11.Jackyl- Mental Masturbation 5/5
12.Cher with Beavis and Butt-head- I Got You Babe 5/5 (HILARIOUS!!!!!)

4.0 out of 5 stars The Suicide CD, April 15, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: The Beavis And Butt-Head Experience (Audio CD)
It's got an awesome theme, though I wish they'd kept the rappers out !! The NIRVANA track is brilliant and the AnthraX and MEgadetH tracks rock....The death theme holds good for the first 2 songs, then Mike Judge tries some happy moves, then comes Megadeth's awesome song !! The Peppers are cool, but the duo talking takes the cake !! I love this cd and I'll shut up now !
