Bought it the day before Thanksgiving. Returned it the day after Thanksgiving.
I like it's features but the touch screen became uncontrollable in only 2 days of use. It's calibration mode, that was supposed to fix the problem did not work and kept going back to it's beginning instead of the 'settings' mode. Returned it for a full refund - sorry but they need to work on this product, what good is a GPS you cannot control and where the touch screen either works in an uncontrollable way by clicking and switching around on it's own or not at all, regardless of how much you try to press the screen.
Will now go with a more known brand, even if more expensive. It also had a lot of problems with 'heat' and 'hummitidty' per instructions, how can the sell such a product in the USA where summers are full of both. Not even their mounting unit is supposed to be left in the car over F150 which we can easily reach in summer AND another problem (not sure if they all have the same issue) is that you get an 'installed battery' that only the manufacturer can replace - so , what happens in 2 years, when the battery is bad (How much does it cost to replace ) ? Reminds me of Apple products.

Very accurate directions. But maps are not up to date. Hard to see the road names. Not thrilled about user interface.
First address I put in was Hamilton, NJ and it couldn't find it. But I found the spot in the map and marked it. Sometimes when the GPS signal is lost, it take a long time to get it back. Very slow in my mind. Not enough POI like gas station and so on.
Another address I put in was a road in North Potomac and it couldn't find it either.
I transfered some MP3 files and it worked. But next time I tried to play the music, the files were gone.

This is a good buy if it's around $100 but nothing more.

I bought my Becker Traffic Assist High Speed 7934 from Amazon.com a couple of years ago, but have not used it much untill lately.

First problem: I find I need North American map updates - one not-so-new highway intersection on US 287 south of Dallas is not represented at all. I can not find a source of map updates - does Becker even provide updates? The only thing I find using Google is pay-for-play music and video download sites which I do not trust on my computer.

The second significant problem is sound quality. All I can hear is the begining of an instruction, "Please turn in one mile on to **** ****** ****." The end of the instruction is a mumble. Although the visual is helpful, the end of the instruction is important in cities with multiple exits close together.

I also have problems with the human interface design aspects, but that is normal for me with computer devices.
