Much better design than the previous model I had! The input and output are molded into the filter rather than just attached as the previous design had been.

My product arrived in about 4 days, and was in perfect condition! I was completely satisfied, and would buy from these people again!

I haven't had a chance to use this yet, but I got it in combination with the tetra pump and I am sure they will be perfect for my little garden pond. Thank you so much.

The product was priced very well, and it arrived in perfect condition and on time. The install was simple and the filter works just as it should. A few days later while attempting to clean the filter pads we found no easy way to take the housing to a location away from the pond to dump the dirty water and debris. All of the connections are very tightly secured (not a bad thing, except when you need to undo them.) Needless to say, we simply decided to dump the debris and dirty water on a bush situated next to the pond and all is well.
