This was the perfect replacement for an old fountain I misplaced. The plastic housing for the base is actually a product improvement.

My application is in a 1/2 whisky barrel with a plastic liner to replace my previous fountain pump. This pump does not pump water like a fountain the water just dribbles out even when pump is set to + setting. I plan to return this pump. Neat little fountain kit. Seems to be fairly hardy and suitable for a container fountain.

I bought this for my seasonal deck pond. It works great and looks nice in the pond. It was easy to set up too. I have used it all summmer and look forward to it's second season. The price was good.

I didn't want something very splashy (pun intended), just something to add interest to my container water garden on the balcony. This unit is just the right size and works quietly, so it won't disturb the neighbors. Easy to set up and maintain. If you have a large water garden, you might want something more powerful, but for small gardens, this is fine.

really like this product. works well for my container. I left this running all summer without any problems. would buy again.

This product is just what I was looking for locally in stores. My husband purchased one years ago at our local hardware store, but I was unable to find another. The product is great, arrived in a very timely manner and I'm enjoying the fountain on my deck.

However, a Sunterra Cascade Nozzle was recommended as "some people also bought this." I thought, GREAT, another type of cascade of water. Well, the nozzle does not fit the fountain kit. It is useless to me! Unfortunately it is not worth returning as it would cost me more $$. So beware what you purchase to go along with the fountain kit.
