It is very much worth the price!
The fountain is every bit beautiful. You can be creative with it adding different kinds of rocks or even shells. I added some clear colored marbles I got from a craft store to give it some color and then I put a marble in the leaf and it turns the water the color of the marble! I love the LED light. Be sure to use fairly large rocks. Pebbles can fall through into the...

Even set at full, the water only drips out and there is virtually no sound

The fountain is every bit beautiful. You can be creative with it adding different kinds of rocks or even shells. I added some clear colored marbles I got from a craft store to give it some color and then I put a marble in the leaf and it turns the water the color of the marble! I love the LED light. Be sure to use fairly large rocks. Pebbles can fall through into the under part. The pump does need to be maintained from time to time. Sometimes dirt can stop the little fan from turning and you just have to take it out and rinse it and occasionally spray water into the leaf where the water comes out. It will flow fine if you do those two main things. This summer we had a horrible drought and had to fill it often because all the poor little critters were so thirsty! It brings in all kinds of birds to your yard and it is just wonderful to hear the trickling. It is wonderful for wildlife and my little one just loves touching the water.
