After reading Rebecca Cooper's book I felt like she knew my own childhood. I can relate to her writing on so many levels. I really loved the thought provoking comments at the end of each story. I would love to read more of Rebecca's books. I can recommend this book highly...it's an easy read that leaves you thinking.

The concepts are simple and the effects are strong. I have used Rebecca's cards to help reverse negative thought patterns and the emotions that attach to them.

Her story is beautifully written and will entrain the reader through identification with the underlying common emotions and pain of her life experiences.

I highly recommend spending the time to read her book and then begin to use her cards - you will change your thinking, which will change your life.
