"Within each of us is a natural treasure of inner wisdom-an understanding of purpose and a sense of mission in life. It is always there, as the source of strength and guidance, but many of us have forgotten how to listen to the depths of our own soul. _The Beckoning Song of Your Soul_ by Nancy Marie is a book about how to recover our native wisdom. It is beautifully written by someone who truly knows. I highly recommend this book!

This book is so loving and gently eases you into a type of sonic meditation. I am so surprised not more people have commented on it but I guess it may be because it predates the Amazon store. For those of you who are NOT big on New Age, approach with an open mind and think of it as just another (but hugely powerful and effective) method of meditation. As a musician and composer, this resonates with me of course, but all will feel and see changes in their lives. There are so many books out there on re-connecting with your higher self and spiritual path, etc. that it can be confusing. This is like a clear, refreshing stream after a long hard hike. Beautiful. Highly recommended.
