If you have ever liked anything by Emily Loring, you will surely like this one. One suspects that some of the later ones were ghost written by lesser hearts, but this one will surely satisfy a Loring fan. If you have never tried Loring, reading the books that were really her work is like returning to a marvelously innocent age. Escape and romance blended together.
