I purchased this book several years ago, after answering an add in the paper for a dispatcher job. Well 6 years later I am a Lead dispatcher for the best communication center in Washington(my own opinion) and working on becoming a supervisor!! I have to say thank you to the man who wrote this book all the information he put into is was right on I was very prepared for the lengthy hiring process but it has been and is worth ever step of the way. buy the book it is fantastic!! What I thought was going to be a good paying job turned out to be a great CAREER !!
