loved this book. i was recently promoted to organizational managent and this book provide me enough information to be able to understand the learning agility concept. i was also able to train managers using the information from the book. very easy to read and also great tools to use for developing others and yourself
i dont recommend to by this book and the Agile leader guide. the information repeats. one of these books is enough.
