5.0 out of 5 stars Yes, there WILL be a 13th book!!
I have loved the DOTM since my friend introduced me a few years ago. I especially loved the 13th book because it was such a new story development, and you find out a little more about the Atrox. The ending was so shocking, so of course I was dying to know about a 13th book. I actually wrote to Ms. Ewing and received a very nice reply. She is working on a 13th...

1.0 out of 5 stars A peculiar sense of dêjá vu...
I started out a loyal fan of Daughters of the Moon, but after the fifth book I began to get bored, and after the ninth all their appeal was lost. The books are repetitive, reusing the same scenes. In every single book, there is a scene where someone does something like sneaking up behind the main character and then showing themself to be a friend. The prose is average,...

The ending was so shocking, so of course I was dying to know about a 13th book. I actually wrote to Ms. Ewing and received a very nice reply. She is working on a 13th book(something very special),but she had to take a break due to some deaths in the family. She is also working on a new series that will come out spring of '07. So to answer the question everyone is dying to know: YES! THERE WILL BE A 13th DAUGHTER'S OF THE MOON!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars A future writer and fan of Lynne Ewing, August 28, 2005
This review is from: Becoming (The Daughters of the Moon #12) (Hardcover)
I dont know what everyone is talking about, there is going to be a 13 book and a couple more after that. Lynne just wants to get some books out in the Sons of the Dark series and focus more on it right now. Her publishers havent approved the outline for Book 13 and she has one or two more books dew in the Sons series before DOTM 13 will be realeshed. She is using the Daughters being captured as an excuse to why she isnt writing the books right now, but something will happen in the Sons series that will free the Daughters, the sons themselves wont do it but they will do something that allows the Daughters to escape Nefandus.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book, leaves you hanging a bit though..., August 16, 2004
This review is from: Becoming (The Daughters of the Moon #12) (Hardcover)
I never really liked Tianna, but after reading this book I understand her a bit more, this book definitely is a page turner, you don't find out what she becomes really unitl the very end...a bit of a spoiler here

She's not the mentor, and its not something you could guess, her past is completely shocking, now when you read that I said the big spoiler...well its really not, the mentor is not a big deal at least in this book, I think what Tianna's really destined to become is the big surprise, and i dont think i'll say that.

You find out a lot about Jimena hint* hint* She was getting memories back for a reason!!

Stanton makes his comeback!!! So glad to see that he's not soo bad, I thought for awhile that he was manipulating Serena, but he helps Tianna a great deal!

I didnt like the ending too much, too abrupt

I can't wait till Vanessa's book!!!! That probably wont be out till june, hopefully sooner!!!

Woww!!! I just finished this and I'm staggered. Not only was The Becoming well written and suspensful, it has a few revelations and an ending that will knock you off your feet!
I know a lot of people don't like Tianna, but I promise this book will change your mind. You will be literally scared of what will happen to the poor girl, and shocked at her true identity...Hope I haven't said too much!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book, September 26, 2004
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Becoming (The Daughters of the Moon #12) (Hardcover)
This Book was one of my favorites. The only thing I liked about Tianna was that she could skateboard in the other books, but after I read this, it changed what I thought about her. She finds out a lot of weird things about her past and her, well her "family" There were so many surprised in this book I couldn't put it down once I started reading, anyone who reads this book will love it. This is in my top 5 DotM!

Ms. Ewing, I would be extremly happy if Serena had another book! I love Staton!
I'm not a kid I'm 15

5.0 out of 5 stars The Becoming, October 24, 2004
This review is from: Becoming (The Daughters of the Moon #12) (Hardcover)
This book i have to say was very well written. i was very drawn in from beginning to the end. I'm an older reader but a kid at heart and these books are great. i agree with one of the other readers i would like to hear more of serena and stanton, who doesn't like a good love story. I hope the series last for a long time. great book everyone should read.

5.0 out of 5 stars A VERY GOOD BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!, September 30, 2004
This review is from: Becoming (The Daughters of the Moon #12) (Hardcover)
In the beginning, I didn't like Tianna but after I read this book, it changed my mind about her. This book has a lot of twist and turns and the ending was so sad that I cried. It also tells us about her dark side and where she got her powers and a shocking truth about who she is and who her family is. It also says something about why Jimena is getting wierd memories. She is the reincarnated moon goddess Pandia. So Pandia is back. This book is now one of my top 5 fave DotM books. Can't wait for book 13!

5.0 out of 5 stars Never Fails, September 11, 2004
This review is from: Becoming (The Daughters of the Moon #12) (Hardcover)
I would recommend this book for anyone who is interested in mythology and fantasy, as goes for the rest of series. As far as suspense and page-turners go, this series never fails to captivate me! This book is about Tianna, the newest Daughter of the Moon, who finally learns her true heritage and goes through a lot of pains to find out.
