This book is definitely a valuable addition to your personal library. It's not a book that you can read one time. I realized from reading this book that most people see leadership from a worldly perspective rather than from God's perspective. I actually read this book as part of a course offered at my church called Spiritual Leadership. However, whether you belong to a church or you're just interested in becoming a better leader this book is really exceptional, especially considering I NEVER right reviews. This book was worth it though. It truly changed the way I see leadership. The book is currently on my list of books to read again so that I can actually take my time and implement the changes (both in mindset and actions) that will help me to realize my true leadership potential. This book is definitely MOOOOORE than worth the $13 bucks or whatever the book costs.

I now have a bachelors degree and a masters degree because the Most High used this book to motivate me as a person who was seeking guidance.

Thank you, Lord, and I gave this book 5 stars and counting.

This book has helped me overcome my personal strains and helped me organize myself to be able to Judge myself and surroundings better.
