Even though we have been married for over 40 years, I found many useful and helpful ideas to keep our relationship strong. Sometimes when people are together, they fall into ruts and become self-centered. The book helped to focus on problems that beset all couples (young and old). Very useful for people just starting out, and especially useful for people where problems have arisen after the "glow" of first love is gone. Highly recommend for everyone (young - old - male - female).
