This book was exactly what I was looking for! Martha does an excellent job of showing us women our responsibility as it relates to the bible of helping, teaching and encouraging younger women. It is refreshing to find a book that deals with the oft neglected mandate of the older women teaching the younger on matters of God, husband, and children. She not only shows us clearly our responsibilities, but shows us how to biblically approach and love the younger women. I borrowed the book and am now going to add it to my reference library!

I found this book very inspiring. I first discovered this book when I decided to join a Bible Study group about Excellent Wife based on a Biblical Perspective. Currently, I am single and wanted to know more about what is required to become a good wife. This book is a preparation to becoming a wife, there are only 3 of us total in the class that are single and it makes us not only realize what it is to be a wife (helper suitable for him) but to live as a Christian for our Heavenly Father. This is the part that intrigued me the most and my favorite chapter is 11: Intimacy (as a young independant female this is my most difficult part as a Christian). I am buying this book for someone that is married to an unbeliever for over 50 years and needs some inspiration to keep her going and living for God. Bible Study is in Milwaukee WI at New Testament Church...I want to email Martha Peace personally and I intend to write a book myself and need advice from someone that has already done it! Go Girl and God bless you with the utmost love from those that needed to read this book first. I would advise those that are thinking about marriage--WARNING--read this book first!!!!

This book was Excellent! It challanges wrong thinking that has been ingrained in us and held us captive for a long time! The freedom that Martha brings through God's truths is refreshing! I appreciate her accurate use of scripture, her passion, her no apologies approach, and her evidence of growth and the power of God in her life! She gives more information about her background in her second book, Becoming a Titus 2 Woman (which is also excellent!). The number one thing that struck me is how we have watered down God's standard for wives and even discounted the things He established because it doesn't fit the norm of society or what society tells us. But that keeps us locked in marriages that are less than the author of them intended! If you want a totally fulfilling marriage and an abundant life - follow Martha's counsel from this book!

Mrs. Peace takes the reader point by point, through the verses in Titus 2 to become the woman that God would have her to be. I felt some of her points and illustrations did not have the depth I would have liked. It does get the reader thinking, however, and considering how her life measures up to Scripture. A good study for the woman who wants to align her life with God's Word.

I am doing this Bible Study with a group of women and we have all really been enjoying it. Martha Peace is easy to understand and her knowledge and love of the Bible is very evident. I love that she is so honest about herself in this study.

This book is one of the most practical tools for learning to be a mentor that I have ever read. Martha Peace presents her study in such a way that anyone can understand and apply her principles. And her principles are only a reflection of the ONE reflection that we are suppose to be!! Wonderful for a ladies bible study!!!

M. Peace has taught me something I never realized - the younger women of today struggle with life because no one has decided to be a Titus 2 woman. There are women everywhere seeking the knowledge of how to be a wife, a mother, a worshipper of God. This book offers women the wisdom to become all of that and more. It challenges you to seek wisdom and understanding of the role of being a Christian woman, a Titus woman. The older women are here on Earth to disciple the younger women, to encourage and help them when needed. Praise God for this woman to speak the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

This is a wonderful bible study and teaching tool for women. It is effective in preparing the older women to train the younger. The chapters are most enjoyable to read, and very informative, and the chapter questions are great for small group discussion.

A really great book. Just what women need to help mentor younger women in their walk with Christ.
