Not what I expected from the title,

I was disappointed to discover that this booklet was written from the experiences and perspective of a British tour guide. European travel pros have different training and license requirements than Americans in the same field. The cultural differnces are not really a negative, just not what I expected when I ordered the book. Not a quality printing either...small hard to read type on so-so paper. I will probably return it. My advice is to order Start and Run a Profitable Tour Guiding Business (Start & Run ...)instead. This alternative is excellent!
