5.0 out of 5 stars A must for anyone called to spiritual warfare
Only serious christians need read. I have read many books related to spiritual warfare, prayer ,satan and his army, etc. None compare to the spiritual awareness that Rebecca,s books have opened my eyes to. Truly she is a modern day saint and a christian soldier on the front lines fighting the good fight and loving the unloveable all for the cause of Jesus. If God has...

3.0 out of 5 stars Hmmm...
I heard alot about Rebecca Brown's books. They are interesting but very "deep". You really need a strong foundation in the Bible with knowledge before reading any of her books.

This review is from: Becoming A Vessel Of Honor (Paperback)
Only serious christians need read. I have read many books related to spiritual warfare, prayer ,satan and his army, etc. None compare to the spiritual awareness that Rebecca,s books have opened my eyes to. Truly she is a modern day saint and a christian soldier on the front lines fighting the good fight and loving the unloveable all for the cause of Jesus. If God has led you to read her books do hedge yourself in with prayer and ask for divine wisdom and protection as Satan hates for Gods children to become equipped and put on the armor treading into the trenches of his territory to save souls. This book along with the other's sum it up. If read and truly led they will make you a vessel of honor prepared for war to set the captives free and break the curses and bondage that Satan has strategically decieved people in. Praise God and thank him for Rebecca, Elaine and their ministry.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Truth about Rebecca Brown, December 9, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Becoming A Vessel Of Honor (Paperback)
The Truth about Rebecca Brown is exactly the opposite of what Cornerstone Magazine will tell you ;-) Rebecca Brown is a proven Christian and servant of God. Her book is a hard hitting expose of the heresies we see in today's churches, as well as Satan's tactics in deceiving Christians using his human slaves, or satanists. The Bible says Satan is an "Angel of Light" and that his servants appear as "ministers of righteousness" This is exactly the truth Dr. Brown stands on. In an age where we witness the "Great Falling Away" and where people have been given the strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, Rebecca Brown stands as one of the few representatives of the True Light (Jesus) in this world. The reader should not be dissuaded by the outright and blatant lies against Brown that have been circulated in the so called "Christian community," as such attacks against the credibility of Rebecca Brown are not new as the Bible attests.

The reader is advised to test Rebecca Brown's book with the Word of God, as that, and ONLY that is the FINAL authority as to whether Dr. Brown is telling the truth.

The end is near, and judgment beginning first with the house of God is fast approaching. Let this book confirm in your heart the truth and teach you to do successful battle against the spiritual wickedness of this world.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Book and a Blessing, January 8, 2004
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Becoming A Vessel Of Honor (Paperback)
Many people have tried to discredit Rebecca Brown because she digs to close to the truth. I have read her book and everything in the book is scriptually based and sound. She doesn't give herself one bit of credit and gives it all to G-d's glory. The book explains exactly how the Adversary is infiltrating the church, how to do spiritual warfare, and how do to it to yourself.

It is important to know that none of us are perfect and everyone has error in their lives. The websites that have stated she was a witch...well she is not. Anyone who questions the truthfulness of her words can just go to G-d in prayer and ask Him. G-d will tell you. That's what I did...and I find her legitment. Test the spirit.

Anyway this is an excellent book for Christians and for those who wish to get out of the occult. Get your hand on this book and you find yourself soul searching.

5.0 out of 5 stars Do not say the truth is a lie if you know not better, March 22, 2000
By
This review is from: Becoming A Vessel Of Honor (Paperback)
These are not books only to read to believe or to disbelieve its contents, but to prove the truth of its contents is to put it to the test. Rebecca's books, regardless of her alias - what matters is whether she is telling the truth - are about dark arts and acts taking place in utmost secrecy and not acted out in public display. It is not for that sector of the public who will stand in unbelief and scorn, who have never been participant nor spectator to such events, but for those people who know the truth of such matters and who are caught up in this unseen supernatural world of spiritual and physical bondage who earnestly seek refuge out of this terrifying prison. It is a guide complimenting the truths of the Bible for those people who are willing to take the risk such as Rebecca had done to stick out their necks and give the necessary assistance to those unfortunate people who are imprisoned in this horrific bondage and seek the way out. If you are willing to stake your life and render assistance to the people who are faced with this problem, then see, critics, what happens for yourselves. To the people who are faced with these kinds of supernatural bondage manifesting itself in the physical realm, prisoner or aid-renderer I say: if you need additional guidance other than the facts stipulated in the Bible read the books, they will lead you in the right direction and you will not be sorry that you followed its guidelines. The knowledge in it which leads to wisdom gained are undeniably true.

5.0 out of 5 stars The WAY Out & The WAY Forward !, September 13, 2002
By
M. D Roberts (Gwent, United Kingdom) - See all my reviews

This review is from: Becoming A Vessel Of Honor (Paperback)
This is the FOURTH book by Rebecca Brown that I have read. I am glad to say that this book is equally as good as the other three, "He Came To Set The Captives Free", "Prepare For War" & "Unbroken Curses".

This book includes an in-depth study of quite a number of personal 'case histories' of both Christians and Satanists ALL being delivered from satanic/demonic oppression and onslaughts of varying natures and degrees.

Rebecca Brown provides a wealth of information on deliverance and the approaches necessary in the various aspects of spiritual warfare.

The deceitfulness behind and throughout satanic/demonic attacks and their variety of origins are dealt with in some detail. In every case the way out is also clearly portrayed so that no-one is left without a solution to their own particular situation.

Satanism, in it's vast number of forms, is a vast problem, way beyond anything portrayed in the press, media or preached from many Christian pulpits. Ignorance in the Christian theatre of this major enemy, is one of the largest weaknesses in today's Church.

Rebecca Brown illustrates that in a Las Vegas police conference in February 1986, the police estimated that between 40,000 and 60,000 ritual homicides (human sacrifices) had been committed that year in the USA alone. The situation has worsened considerably since then. The scale of the problem is awesome, but the Deliverer and His Message still prevails and is here for all to see.

I have read many books by other authors on this subject but Rebecca Brown provides much information not provided elsewhere.

This is a highly, highly recommended, Biblically based, book packed to the brim with priceless information.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Minister Must Read, May 22, 2000
This review is from: Becoming A Vessel Of Honor (Paperback)
Vessel of Honor was indeed a blessing. It is a must read for any and all ministers of the gospel. If we don't have our own issues together, how can we expect to get others together. We must become a vessel of honor for the Master's use. This book certainly leads you in the right direction for the Lord to get the junk out of your life so that He can use us effectively.

Secondly, spiritual warfare, whether we want to admit it or not is real and we must be clothed in the armor of God and the Blood of the Lamb before we can attempt to fight.

So, this book has helped me to make sure that I'm a yielded vessel for the Lord and the importance of crucifying my flesh to conform to His will for my life.

5.0 out of 5 stars CAUTION! For serious Christians only, October 2, 1998

This review is from: Becoming A Vessel Of Honor (Paperback)
I was seeking the Lord for his perfect will for my life. He lead me to this book, by Dr. Brown, for the purpose of cleansing my life and heart to prepare for real battle. I work with inmates in jails and prisons and I know first hand Satan and his demons can posess individuals without them even knowing it. This book is an instruction manual and should be read and reread to get all the valuable information in it. I thank God for this book and for Rebecca Brown. That there is someone out there willing to write about the most dangerous enemy,(Satan), this world has ever know. Jesus said we would be persecuted for his name sake. And I can see that Dr. Brown is. DONT BE DECEIVED, Satan will do every thing he can to make you thank all is well and he has no influence on our lives. I know it, I've seen it and I believe it. You must also be on guard and be aware of what is happening.

5.0 out of 5 stars A weapon for one's battle with spiritual warfare, January 26, 2000
This review is from: Becoming A Vessel Of Honor (Paperback)
I am still overwhelmed and in awe of the powerful material that Rebecca not only discusses but also demonstrates in this book. My husband is the Sr. Pastor of a church here in Minnesota, and we are constantly fighting spiritual battles and demons that have control over many of our church members. Satan's hold on the people in our congregation has kept my husband and I on bended knee more than we ever anticipated.

We take turns reading specific chapters in "Becoming a Vessel of Honor". So many times battles that we have been fighting are explained in great detail in this book. She also illustrates in great detail the spiritual wickedness that she has had to encounter over the years. She has made it perfectly clear that the Lord's words need to be deeply imbedded in our hearts and in our minds so that when Satan seeks to attack us through demonic spirits, whether it be through other people or doorways that we have created in ourselves, the only way to combat the spiritual wickedness is through the word of the Lord. So we better get busy and make a committment to studying and remembering the scriptures. It is a shame that Satan knows the Bible better than most of us do.

This book has been a powerful tool to our ministry. I am thankful that it was brought to my attention by another pastor's wife at a church conference... Just yesterday I ordered "Prepare for War", because we are having a revival soon focusing on the same topic. Rebecca is used mightily by God, I pray for her continued strength.

After I read this entire book, I strongly agree with Dr. Rebecca Brown again because I still feel that she is the true servant of God!

MUST READ THIS BOOK FOR YOUR CLEANSINGS (1 John 1:9). Please do not let your unconfessed sins to build in your life quickly. Do not be deceived! If you did not cleanse your life, Satan and his demons will have legal ground in your life by afflciting or indwelling! Understand it?! Good. Cleansing your life by now to becoming your vessel of a honor! Remember 1 Thess 5:23? Do not forget that we are the Temple of God. Totally Big Amen!

I am praying for you in Jesus' name. Amen!

In Christ, Timothy Stark

4.0 out of 5 stars This book will not bore you!, July 29, 2001

This review is from: Becoming A Vessel Of Honor (Paperback)
This book is mainly a book on how to deliver people from occultic bondage. The first couple of chapters are ,again, in story form. Rebecca gives information on how satanist use pushpins and occultic symbols/etc to curse and therefore destroy people. The other part of the book is a deliverance manuel. Rebecca, as a doctor, gives examples by case studies/with a complete breakdown of the person including past history in the occult/lifestyle/etc. Then she goes into techniques (prayers to be said- in every area of the persons life- for complete deliverance).

I'm begining to believe that she may be telling the truth. Regardless, I am disgusted how the body of Christ is so NOT united. ... Final point: Rebecca is probablty telling the truth and I'm beginning to feel sorry for her.
