5.0 out of 5 stars Tom needs Shelly but he doesn't know it!!, July 6, 2008
First in the BACK in BUSINESS 6-book series we have a hunky hero CFO Tom Holloway and a special heroine in single mom, assistant extraordinare Shelly Winston.

Tom has had a run-in some years ago with the government for insider trading, his supervisor lead Tom but never had to pay for his part and he seems to have been watching Tom all these years and causing him employment problems ever since.

Shelly is unemployed and has been for 3 months but needs to get a job real soon. She's been looking while her sweet 6 y.o. son, Max, is with her parents for a summer visit. Max is a real character too

. One evening Uncle Drake calls and takes Shelly to dinner and tells her of a job at TAKA-Hanson that's going to be available but she better get there the next morning to apply. The very rich Drake Thatcher is her mother's younger half-brother and has never taken an interest in the mother or Shelly before so this is a real surprise but a good one Shelly feels.

Shelly gets the job but doesn't mention where the lead came from. Drake said he might not be the one to mention concerning who had told her of the job.

Tom has a strong attraction to Shelly immediately and it's mutual but Shelly feels it would be wrong-a workplace romance leads to untold problems especially since Tom is her boss. Tom meets Max and falls in love with the little boy as well as the Mom but they have much to go through before their HEA

Christine Rimmer delivers both great H/h and a great romance for them
