This stuff is 100% beef gelatin so for those of us who do not eat pork its OK. This product is NOT certified kosher but it does the job for me. It works great for jello and marshmallow. It is a perfect substitute for Knox gelatin.

I ordered this hoping to make jello for my children who had never had it before because we couldn't find a beef based one. It arrived on time, with no delays. I was a just a little nervous to make it homemade and how it would turn out, but it was Great. It tasted, looked and acted just like the storebought kind that I remember as a child.
