My 20 month old can't get enough of this book, along with Petr Horaceck's Choo Choo. He loves anything related to transportation, and these books are his favorites. We picked them up at the library and have had to quickly order them because we exhausted our renewals.

He reads this book, along with Choo Choo! every day at bedtime. He loves to make the sounds, and now we make the Beep Beep! sounds driving home from school. A must have in our house!

My just-barely-turned-two year old loves this book and the fun sounds on each page. He will repeat each page after I read it to him. And loves the "weeeeee" down the hill to Grandma's house, and pointing to all the cars on the highway. A simple, fun book.
I really like the illustrations and layouts of Petr Horacek's books. Very inventive.

Very cute illustrations and nice chunky pages that are easy for chubby fingers to turn. My son loves the "Vroom, Vroom" scene with all the different colored cars. We also plan on grabbing a copy of "Choo, Choo" soon.

Although not as clever as some of Petr Horacek's other board books, this one is a big hit with my 1 year old who loves it when I make various car noises, prompted by the book.

I cannot understand why this has become such a family favorite, but it is. My little girl used to bring it to me and sign "more" as we read it over & over again. Now her little brother, 16 months old is also a big fan of it. The good news for parents is you can easily memorize the entire story and "read" it as your child turns the pages. We "read" it on car rides (we recite the entire book as we point to other cars, road signs and so forth)and that has endeared this book even more to my son. Definitely a keeper of a book. I'm framing it when they get older because it reminds me of all the times they sat on my lap as I read it to them. I think this book works best for 9 to 18 months old children.

I got this for my daughter around 9 months old after I realised that she really liked "Choo Choo" by the same author. This one she wasnt as interested in at first, but over time it has become her favourite. She brings this and wants it read to her several times a day including bedtime.

Its a good book, well illustrated and grabs the kid's attention without going on for too long. The words are simple and there are lots of objects for her to learn about. Sounds simple, but its probably a bit harder than it looks since there are lots of books I buy her that she doesnt like as much as this one!
