If you have sausage fingers this is the item for you. I have normal hands and the ring is probably a size 9. So when I go to open a bottle it digs into my finger and is very painful. But it works very well for my friends that have huge fingers. If it came in sizes it'd be great to carry around. I'd give it 5 stars if it did.
