5.0 out of 5 stars It's a big plastic tree - doubles as holiday decoration January 22, 2009

I am giving this 5 stars because it does what it is supposed to do - stand upright while you load it up with bottles of every size. It has yet to tip, even with a curious cat about and being overloaded with some oversized glass bottles. An additional plus is that it comes apart for storage. The drip tray underneath is more than adequate and the base very sturdy - ours actually is green, completing the holiday ensemble. Perhaps a not-so-red color would have been more easy on the eyes, but, hey, it's a conversation piece!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great product, not pretty at all August 28, 2011

I bought this for my husband to use to dry the multitute of beer bottles he uses in his homebrewing endeavors. Ill be honest and tell you that he gave me a weird look when he saw it.Probably because its super ugly(this thing is RED and protrude-y and just looks kind of strange) and he was content using our dish drying rack.I was not content, hence buying the bottle tree.
Turns out it was the perfect gift! Sure its ugly, but you know what? Its functional. He washes his bottles and puts them on the bottle tree, they dry in about an hour and he can put them away in the cabinet instead of taking over the entire kitchen for 5 hours while they dry. I heart this tree.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great but... December 10, 2011
By Michael
I bought this bottle dryer and I use it religiously - it fits heaps of bottles and does what it is supposed to do: drain them.

But.

Cleanliness in home brewing is the beginning and end of success, and I fear that this wonderful contraption has let me down a couple of times. Unless the 'tree' is perfectly clean then you can expect to contaminate any bottle that you place on it to dry. The plastic tree arms are fiddly to clean, so I've generally done as good a job as I can washing them and then used one of the spray on sanitisers to kill off any left over nasties. Most of the time it works, but occassionaly there is an 'off' bottle, and while maybe the problem is somewhere else, I can't help thinking that it is the tree.

In the end it is practical, reasonably priced and does what it is supposed to do. Just be careful to leave no corner uncleaned!

4.0 out of 5 stars Works great
This bottle tree was easy to assemble and is sturdy enough. The only recommendation would be to have more holding stems to allocate for more bottles to dry at one time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Beer Bottle Tree (45 Bottles)
Love the Beer Bottle Tree (45 Bottles) but the tree should really be a 48 tree--you know 2 cases. It would sure make things a lot simpler. Why 45?

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect
Can't do without this if you brew beer or wine. Perfect for washing bottles and sanitizing. Plus all the runoff is captured in base.

5.0 out of 5 stars great product
Great product for draining your bottles in a compact way and not falling down in the dish drain. Worked well.

4.0 out of 5 stars Darn near perfect
This made my cleaning and bottling day so much easier. Stable platform for even a mix of 12 and 22oz. Only downside is 45 is just not quite enough for a 5 gallon brew. Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product
I love this bottle tree, it makes washing or steralizing bottles a snap and keeps them ready to fill with no worry of any contamination from touching something.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty alternative to Christmas tree when loaded
I joke. The tree does what it's supposed to; dry bottles. I like the segments that it comes in. I use most, but not all and it makes it a little easier to move around. Read more
