If your expectations are low. If you want to spend a lot of money, for a colorful device, to keep the yellow jackets out of your bottled drink...this is the product for you.
If you're looking for a substitute for chewing gum (without the annoying spearmint flavor), this product may be for you.
If you want a bottle cap that doesn't take up much room in your pocket, this may be for you.
If you desire a device that will keep your effervescent drink "fizzy" for 24 hour...this is not the product for you. Don't waste your(a lot of it)money.
An old wine cork will serve you better. Or perhaps your forefinger :)

Although the concept of the beer savers is great, they didn't work for me. Pop, pop, pop - there goes the fizz. I even tried to tape them to the bottle and they still popped. Unfortunately I had to return the item.

Two stars for pretty colors. But if your intent is to preserve carbonation in beer or soda, then these are a dismal failure. They are flimsy silicon caps which are too thin and loose to create a seal against loss of gas. They are fine if you want to cover a bottle against dust but at this price these are a mere gimmick. "Beer saver" is a worthy goal but these caps do not do the job.

Fun stuff. I usually buy my beer in large 750ml bottles and after pouring a pint, I always feel weird just putting the open bottle back in the fridge to stay cool.
These colorful little thingumabob's were the solution. Pop it on top, and now it's safe in the fridge. It may even keep the beer in the bottle if the bottle tips sideways.

These DO NOT seal your beer bottles. You can't pay $5 for something that could seal beer bottles properly. Get with it people: Rubber can't keep carbonation sealed in a bottle unless there's a latch system in place like the Grolsch bottles.

All these reviews about them not fitting, popping off and "not working" are completely ridiculous. These fit every type of beer bottle I have tried them on: 12-oz and 750-ml in various shapes.

While essentially this item is completely useless, that's a part of the appeal for me: it's kitchy beer paraphernalia, it's a conversation piece, it's colorful, it can be used instead of those ridiculous drink tags people use, and the fairies and flies won't get to your beer!

This is a non-working product. The only thing it could be good for is to be used as covers for stale water. If your beverage contains even the mildest carbonation - forget about it. The cap will pop in a matter of minutes. When I bought it I could not beleive it would be that bad, but it was even worse than the other reviewers make it out to be. Needless to say it's going back.

It does the job minimally. It's better than nothing. I knocked a bottle over and the contents went everywhere. What happened to the old bottle caps?

Too loose, you can kiss your carbonation good bye when you use these tops. A great idea but poorly excecuted.

The products physically do what they are supposed to but the have a strong odor to them. I bought them for capping sanitized beer bottles for filling off at a later time but the odor is so strong it leaves the scent on the top of the bottle. I'm worried that the smell will get into my homebrew. I tried soaking the caps in sanitizer and cleaner but the smell was still there as strong as ever. Maybe over time it will go down but for now it's back to using tin foil.
