I ordered several of these and they came with big ugly stickers on them that are almost impossible to scrape off. I bought the candles to look at the flames, not the manufacturer's labels. I won't order this brand again; I prefer the brands that have labels that peel off easily.

I was delighted at how quickly our order arrived. The candles were carefully packaged and are just as pictured. There are very few places that sell Yahrzeit candles in Concord, NH; I am relieved to find such a wonderful resource.

This lasted well over 24 hours and their customer service is great. They made sure I had it in time.

candles can be picked up in the grocery store or here on Amazon very inexpensively. They are unscented and last for many hours despite the compact size so they are very handy to have on hand for power emergencies. Everyone should keep a couple on hand but few do.

I have never had the glass break or have the bottom heat up enough to actually harm the counter top.

An alternative to keep on hand for emergencies also readily available at the grocery store are the religious candles marketed to Hispanics which burn much longer due to their larger size. I do prefer these smaller ones myself.

A tip is to drop a box or folder of matches into the jar so that if the power does go out, you can find the candle by feel and not have to fumble around in the junk drawer looking for matches

Memorial candle I ordered was poorly packaged and came in pieces. The return address kaliv bargains brooklyn NY did not google. Have no means of contact with seller. Label on candle written in Hebrew. Can't translate. Am very angry at this seller.
