MAsterful collection, August 10, 2002

Having purchased this CD some months ago...I find this collevtion refreshing in that it isn't all snipets from symphonies and piano sonatas. The selection of Beethoven's "Egmont" is refreshingly real...and begs you to continue listening...one of the best Beethoven (or for that matter classical period) CDs i've heard.
