Love, love love this mobile! I put it up for my baby at about 3 months of age, she was occupied by it and kept following the movement with her eyes. Now she is 6 mo old, looks at it once in a while. But it is so beautiful and even if she will not get occupied by it anymore, I still love it and will keep it up, since it is so beautiful, colorful, happy.

WE WERE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN A MOBILE THAT ATTACHED TO THE CRIB AND DECIDED ON THIS ONE. EVEN THOUGH WE WAITED UNTIL A WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS TO ORDER, WE STILL RECEIVED IT IN TIME. THIS IS FOR OUR GRANDDAUGHTERS NURSERY AND THE COLORS ARE VERY VIBRANT AND IT'S WELL CONSTRUCTED. PLUS IF WE'RE EVER BLESSED WITH A GRANDSON IT WOULD WORK FINE FOR A BOY!

Our 3 month old loves the mobile above her crib, but we were looking for something to keep while she's still in our room. She absolutely loves it. It gives me at least an extra half hour every morning while she 'talks' and coos with the little bugs. The colors and quality are great and perfect for a girl's or boy's room. The quality is fantastic.

Its very pretty and very well made, the problem was I just assumed it was a musical mobile or at least "mobile", I didn't expect not having something to hang it from the crib.

This is sold as a ceiling mobile but I replaced my baby's "Stim" mobile with it because she prefers this one. I like that it is wooden and rather simple in design- not a lot of bells and whistles or "overly" cute. It's not as expensive as a lot of the other mobiles out there which makes it worth the money.

The one downside is that one of the little "people" lost their antenna (and it is difficult to glue back on). I would not leave this on her crib without my supervision because of this. It is not made to be a toy.

This is a good looking, well made mobile. Something to keep in mind is that it's not nice to look at from below (looking up from baby's perspective in crib), serves as a good element to decorate nursery.

We love this mobile! I have it hanging on a long cord above my baby's changing table so that it's about 2-3 feet above her reach. SInce she was 2 months old she has been enthralled with watching it. The characters are cute and the movement is superb! The two arms can rotate in opposite directions while also going up and down. A quick spin from me is all it needs to get her watching. Now that our daughter is 4 1/2 months old she is very facinated with the aspects of the movement. Whenever we pick her up she wants to be held so she can view it at eye level and reach out and touch the mobile. I think it is helped her develop very good hand - eye coordination. SHe can reach for it while moving and immediately grasp what she is reaching for. The strings do seem too fragile for her to pull on it though. I highly recommend it.

My baby is now 7 weeks and has just noticed this hanging over her crib... she's entralled! Plus I get tons of compliements. So happy with this purchase!
