Maurice Pledgers makes great books for toddlers and preschoolers. In this one we meet many many different kinds of bugs. Not only do we get to learn about them through the text, like how they hide or what they eat, we also get to feel them with some of the textures included and each page has a flap to lift to find out more information about the bugs. My two year old had a great time reading and feeling this book. And both us learned something new about insects.
