I am a huge fan of Doug's and he did not let me down with this release. A lot of social commentary as usual mixed with delightfully dark and offensive accountability checking of popular stereotypes and celebrities.

Doug Stanhope continues to turn out new material almost yearly. How the man comes up with new subjects to rail against while still keeping it fresh is beyond me. The price alone is worth the hooker Keynesian economic bit which had people staring at me on the street because I laughing so hard that I was crying. As usually Stanhope delivers his brash brand of comedy, all the while turning the flaws and contradictions of society in on themselves to make valid points, giving us surely what will be the best comedy release of the year. Do yourself a favor and buy this, then all of his other releases.

This album puts Doug Stanhope at the top of comedy looking down. I've never heard a Doug Stanhope album that didn't leave me in complete envy of his sense of humor, thought process, and ability to truly understand how people work. Support this album and support Doug... take two ex lax, two xanax, and buy this album.

This recording is exactly what you expect from and love about Doug Stanhope. No sugarcoating, no dancing around topics, he cuts to the core of so many cultural oddities and I relish him doing so. If your a Stanhope fan you already know your going to love this without even hearing it, and once you do it further solidifies him as arguably the greatest stand-up act their is now and may ever have been.

P.S. his Dr.Drew bit is absolutely priceless and I commend him for saying to the world what I have felt for years.

For those with strong stomachs and open minds, Doug Stanhope is the best there is. This album is no exception. As always, his observations are spot-on and hilariously crafted. This one seems to feature a more upbeat Doug, which is kinda refreshing. Some of his albums make me feel like he's thinking about giving this up soon, but this one makes me think he's still enjoying himself (as much as he does anyway). You will not regret your purchase!

While I wouldn't categorize this as Doug's best CD. It's still amazing and head and shoulders above anything that has ever been produced by any other comedian.

The world is an awful, horrible place and Doug is one of the few good things in it. The rare few who are actually sane will find in Doug's work a glimmer of hope...And a few good pieces of advice on how to live on a planet populated almost exclusively by the mentally retarded and mentally ill.

I'm an American and "discovered" Doug Stanhope on Charlie Brooker's Screenwipe, which is a British program. But I think he could now be who I consider the best American comedian we have !

if you already know you like doug stanhope, stop reading this crap and buy it.

he's not for people who only like clean comedy. he's a real truth teller and raw guy who's not gonna clean up his act for a family friendly reputation. his stand up feels really authentic with comedy layered throughout the performance as opposed to forcing jokes with fake setups. a real brutal warrior comic and one of my favorites.

in my opinion this is his best so far.
